The Lost Crystal

A cinematic adventure game developed in Godot 4 during a hackathon.

🏆 Hackathon Development Overview

Due to hackathon time constraints, the project was developed in parallel by team members, with different segments built independently.

Current Published Segments

  • Initial Storyline Part (Published on itch.io)

    • Core environment setup
    • Story introduction
    • Opening gameplay mechanics
  • Final Game Segment (Developed & Published Separately)ely)

    • End-level mechanics
    • Final progression sequence
  • Middle Segment (In Progress)

    • Currently under development
    • Yet to be published

🔄 Integration Status

At present, all segments exist independently.

The team is actively working on:

  • Full integration of all three segments
  • Seamless scene transitions
  • Gameplay balancing
  • Performance optimization
  • Final polished release build

A complete unified version of The Lost Crystal will be released soon.

🚀 How to Run Locally

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/ShadowBlaze07/The-Lost-Crystal.git
  2. Open the project in Godot 4

  3. Open project.godot

  4. Press Play


👥 Team Collaboration Model

This project was developed collaboratively during a hackathon:

  • Game segments were divided among team members
  • Development was done in parallel
  • Integration phase is currently underway

  • Integrate all modules
  • Refine transitions and narrative flow
  • Polish UI and visual effects
  • Publish final integrated version

This repository represents our hackathon prototype version. The project is actively being improved and expanded.
