FIxed all the issue at first i thought only zine requires actual changes but reviewer also pointed oiut the that cap of cable might not go through which i didn't thought of so done thank you for that :) that' s all BYEEE also fixed zine, added complete step, and images.. image

Improved the cad case, added a tilt though i know it better to have a flat case for your joints, but it was not looking good :sob, added the name in front rather then in down..

Done with the project now. also i forgot to turn on the recording :sobin, but it's ok now i have to make zine which i don't know how to but i'll do somwthing, ok that's all byee

Completed the full pcb, and also did most of my work for the case!! the case is easy as most of it is already very open so i'm good.

AH did some more routing, only one row remains then i will do the mcu and encoder, i know this is not the best routing work, but if i redo from scratch again it would take a long time and i'll prolly get banned for time-inflation :lol, anyways i'm close to done!! image

Routed some columns and part of rows, and i have a feeling i might get more issues in routing the diodes :sob, i swear though if this gets completed it willl look really really goood, the whole pcb....

Alright i might have to fix the current routing which i just did :sob, the diodes idea looks goood but routing is such a hassle, i forgot i route columns too, so first i have to make a way for columsn so they can be routed properly then other rows ..... image

i was working on fixing the routes and got some things to do so paused but i might have pressed finished i guess

Done another row, now i''m thinking hwo will i route the coloumns? huh guess will figure that out later...

Yay: Lots of work done, started routing, organized the diodes properly and did one row, not this work will just take some more time

Anothernot very good sessionS, in the 11th session i'm mostly wandering around and playing with how i want to place the pcb as pcb shape will be very important for my cad (atleast for how i'm thinking it comes out) but honestly i thought this might get considered as time inflation so i didn't journeld it as a single lapse, like how i do it, but i'll add it anyways upto the reviewer ::lol.

Second session : I Starterd focusing on routing it first as i think that will give me a much clear picture on how large the pcb needs to be, so i did and then i came to another problem diode placement it is a big web of unrouted lines rn , so i have to simplify it by organizing all the diodes properly so they can be routed properly That is it for today.. ALright the the new design of pcb has started to take shape, i had to clear doubt that doing this is not considered inflating time, thankfully it doesn't...

Yeah, struggling like crazy for a good case or look, i was thinking the pcb was lookinig good but with cad i can't think a very good way + who i was harrased by a screw :sob anyways that is all. I'm considering changing my pcb shape and making it like one of those which have a transparent sheet on top... image

Ah, My cad was lagging becuase of two many moving components and my slow (during recording )wifi i think, so i stopped and will continue when do my work in my room Nothing special, working on the case, still need more idea on how actually my case should look.....

Failed Sketch session :/ , it doesn't let me select the inner shape :sob i think it is becuase of spline which i used for curves next time i will try to ue only lines, and then use sketch fillet.

Completed the PCB board!!!!, i still need to figure out where do i have to put holes, so they stay fixed in the case. + filled with gnd after lapse recording..

Fixing the issue which i explained previuosly also changing the pcb edge/shape.. i'm making the corners more curved, plus i'll try to reduce the size of the pcbb

the image id of previuos session as currently i don't have any ss of this session. BYE

I f'ed up : / I had to keep the MCU to the edge of MCU so i can connect the type c port properly ahhh. I need to redo the rows routing : / i'll do that later now :sob image

resolved that issue, it was just i interchanged the footprints of encoder and rpi pico, lol. Did some routing, was making the edges of pcb but i will do that after a short break here are some images while i was working image

Completed the schematics, thought of adding led indicator but then dropped the plan, I have one issue, i dunno how, but the i'm not able to see the route of pico with switches i'll ask later in channel, also 1 switch is left dunno how that happen i'll figure that in the next session. BYEEE here are the imagees of during work

Planning : I already roughly know what parts i want to use for my keybaord, I'll be using Cherry mx brown switches no backlight, and will decide on the keycaps latter, i used the hackpad for the basic walkthrough to get the needed idea on what to do ## What i did : figured the no. of keys i will be using and the layout for it. Used joe skotto lib and hackpad guide, for the symbols, footprints, etc. Also helped me with schematics.. Completed the basic schematic structure all left is to actually connect stuff with the MCU and also i will be adding volume control (potentiometer). Here are the images of the process::ess::
