This project is a device that reminds you to take a break every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This is based on the 20/20/20 rule, which is designed to reduce eye strain from prolonged screen time.

The device produces an annoying buzz(2000hz) every 20 minutes, which can only be stopped by touching a pin. Afterwards, it will turn on an LED for 20 seconds, reminding you to look away from the screen. And then the cycle repeats.
