Hey, this is a short survival horror game I made in Godot. You're stuck in a pitch-black map with a monster called the Warden. Your goal is to find 5 hidden tapes, find the elevator key, pull the lever, and ride the lift out of there.

The main mechanic: You have a light on your chest, but it only turns on if you talk into your real-life microphone. The louder you speak, the brighter the light gets (and it changes color depending on how loud you are).

The catch? The Warden listens to your mic too. If you make noise to light up the room, he's going to hear exactly where you are and sprint straight at you. You have to constantly decide between making noise so you can see, or staying dead quiet so you don't get caught. How to playy

Talk into your mic to power your chest light.

Sneak around and find all 5 tapes. Watch out—grabbing a tape makes a loud noise, so be ready to run or hide in a locker right after.

Find the key, unlock the elevator door, and pull the mechanical lever to call the lift.

If the Warden gets close, turn off your normal flashlight and stay completely silent in real life.

Definitely play this with headphones in a dark room. You need to rely on the 3D audio to hear the monster's footsteps and your own heartbeat to know when he's getting close.
