The Hub was made using EasyEDA for PCB design and Autodesk Fusion for CAD. It has 4 USB-A Ports in line with 1 USB-C port for upstream in a hexagonal shape PCB. It has a 2 part case, The Hub was made as a starter project into more complex designs in both CAD and PCB design. The case is a snap case with rectangular tabs..

A USB Hub is a device used to expand a single USB Port into more USB ports so that more devices can be connected.
A USB Hub is mostly used with laptops and devices which lack enough USB ports.
The Hexahub can be used as a plug and play connection using the USB-C port to connect upto 4 USB-A devices together.
