Pyjama shark
This is a pyjama shark!! these cuties are ✨Nocturnal✨ aaand have super cute stripes down their backs, and can grow up to 1.1m long!!
They usually live to the age of ~21 years & they lay eggs (which is different from some other kinds of sharks) their eggs actually look rly cool ill add a photo below :3w :3
some people call these eggs mermaids purses which is actually so adorable because like awwww shark egg purse (this has given me an overwhelming urge to make a purse that looks like a pyjama shark egg)

Zebra shark
Above is a photo of a baby & an adult zebra shark!! their patterns change loads as they grow up which i think is like super cool :Dl :D
Unlike loads of other shark species, zebra sharks dont need to constantly move to breathe (most sharks lwk die if they arent constantly moving)
They use this super awesome sauce thingie called buccal pumping to breathe without moving and basically they just like use their throat muscles to like force water over their gills
but yeah thats actually super cool!! now im gonna force you to look at their eggs :D (ppl also call these mermaid purses too btw)
they usually lay like 1-4 of these at a time which lwk sounds painful and like a lot of work 😭😭
Whale shark
whale sharks are basically the definition of gentle giant bc like they're ginormous and like a bunch of ppl are like uhoh scary big its gonna eat me but like theyre just babies and they lwk only eat plankton and stuff cause they're filter feeders
like yeah, they are like super big, but their mouths could like fit like maybe 1-2 adults or like 2-4 kids in them maximum (unlike some whales (fyi whale sharks arent whales, theyre sharks) which can fit 100+)and even if it wanted to swallow you, it couldn't because its throat is teensy tiny (like orange size basically)
(i could infodump wayy more abt all of these species and more sharks but i shouldn't cause ill run out of space lol)
