A cheap 600W adjustable power supply that supports 2.5-38V, 1-20A


About

This project is a high-power bench power supply capable of delivering 2.5–38V and up to 20A (≈600W). This project allows you to easily test out components that require specific voltages and currents. The power supply is housed in a custom 3D-printed enclosure and includes active cooling and safety components like a circuit breaker and proper power distribution..

How to Use

  1. First wire up the project like in the wiring diagrams:
  2. 3d print the cad case + lid, fit the parts in it
  3. Plug the AC power cable into the IEC input and turn on the rocker switch.
  4. Adjust the voltage and current, connect your device or circuit to the front banana jacks and monitor the output in real time.

Motivation

This projects creates a powerful, feature-rich lab power supply at a much lower cost that allows you to control many precise devices at your will.
