Melanotaenia 4.0 is a doodle jump paraody with a twist where the player can only touch a platform if it is the same color. The goal is to a score as high as possiblee
This game was originally for Hack Club's juice jam around March 2025, but I gave up working on it, so I am very proud of myself for sticking through and finishing this 4.0 version.
The Theme is inspired by stardance

Movement Control:
Left arrow ( < ) = Move Lefteft
Right arrow (>) = Move Rightght
Up arrow (^) = Jump
Color Control:
Q = Orange
E = Green
R = Purple
W = Yellow
For features the game is pretty straight forward. There is a main menu, then there is the game where the player will have to match the character's color to the platform.
