-NOT MEANT TO BE USED IN ACTUAL BASEBALL- (L- (You should be fine with plastic balls though). The bat is 2'4 long and the pieces are small enough for them to be printable on just about anything (Each piece is about 150mm tall)bout 150mm tall) .sp;. The assembly is pretty simple -you just screw the parts together- and the bat itself is decently strong. You could get away with printing most of the parts at 3% adaptive cubic but I recommend increasing the infill around the protruding threads. Depending on how good your printer deals with overhangs, you only need supports on the top piece but it might be good to put it on the bottom as well. Make sure there aren't any supports on the threads though, or it will be a pain to remove

Edit March 23

  • I realized there was a stress point between the 2nd and 3rd pieces so I replaced the model with a fixed one that should work a lot better (I still recommend more infill around protruding threads though) bsp;
