The project is built with bun.
To run a local dev environment, first, run mv .env.example .env and fill in the values in the .env file. Then, run bun install && bun dev bun dev to run a local version of the website.
Be sure to populate the database with an admin user before you start. After, the admin can create more admins though the UI.
