For the top left button when pressed it will start and will split purple into two, when the daytime is on you will gain glucose and this glucose rate is affected by chloroplast used and the weather, you can turn this on and off with you wanting to turn it off during night, this button slightly drains water and carbon dioxide

For the button below that it the stomata opens up when on and you are able to gain Carbon dioxide but at the same time you will loose water in the plant

For the slider like a mushroom you need to hold onto the cap and slide your mouse to move it, the higher the mushroom the more nitrogen your plant gets but you will loose glucose at the same time

For the slider next to it which is a green square, hold onto it(left click hold) and slide your mouse up and down, this one will increase the speed at which glucose is gained by the plant when the top left button is pressed but will result in lowering of nitrogen
