ported from Make to CMakee

so from now SDL3 and SDL3_image are staticly build into the binary (no need to install them)

If provided packages don't work consider building from source
instructions are here

MacOS package is untested since i don't have unlimited money

Linux package is tested on fully up to date Arch Linux and Linux Mint

for the Linux release just run ./run.sh if you want to use bundled SDL3 if you want to use you system one (you have to have it installed) run ./Vector_blow-Linux-amd64
if bundled SDL3 does not work system specific installation instruction can be found in README you need to click the little spoiler arrow next to how to install SDL3 after install you should be able to run ./Vector_blow-Linux-amd64

for macOS release you have to install SDL3, you can do that by using following command
brew install gcc sdl3 sdl3_image pkg-config
than run ./Vector_blow-MacOS-aarch644
