First release of my Halloy fork, hopefully some people in #RED-invites start using this instead of that other notify script thats frankly kinda bad.
This is actually slightly ahead of the Halloy 2025.12 release, so enjoy those bugs if they exist. I personally didn't encounter any but hey it is what it is..
