This utility

• checks if you have git installed and installs it if the user wants
• validates your wakatime config or creates it if necessary
• checks your API key and replaces it if required
• makes sure you are using the right server
• checks if VS Code and all Jetbrains IDEs has the Wakatime extension and installs them on demand
• makes sure VS Code is not overriding your API settings
• allows installing Wakatime terminal
