A TPU 3d printable band for any watch with standard 22mm lugs, I made this for my own smartwatch.
I had this smartwatch that I bought from india, which came with a metal strap. It ended up being to big for my arm so I thought I could just remove some links. Apparently they were to cheap to produce the strap with any kind of removable links so this is my only option to wear it.
Not many, besides learning to use linear patterns in onshape

Bill of Materials (BOM):
3d printed band (obviously) see #printing-legion. For this band to work you MUST PRINT IN TPU/TPE OR FLEXIBLE FILAMENT, OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT WORK AS INTENDED!
- 1 pair Spring Bars - 22mm, https://www.crownandbuckle.com/spring-bars-22mm.html?srsltid=AfmBOopJ-fi_sSpFwpsD-9YkPvLDZjwOFGY5owCn-aTt37ZjSEfsiyu4, $1.25
- Print in flexible filament, no real settings to follow specifically, just print in flexible filament like TPU or TPE
- Insert the spring lugs into the horizontal holes at the flat end of the band (not the curved end of the band)
- Insert the first side into one of the holes on the watch
- Push the other spring end down and move it around till it locks into place
Notes YOU MUST USE TPU/TPE/FLEXIBLE FILAMENT OR ELSE THIS BAND WILL NOT WORK! IT IS NOT ARTICULATED!!
