This was made in KiCad.

The firmware in in KMK. In addition to KMK, it requires the adafruit circuitpython neopixel library found here. The first four keys are bound to, from left to right and top to bottom,

• add bookmark,
• open bookmark bar,
• open terminal,
• and save.
• The encoder is set to controll volume.

The rest are unbound for now because I'm not sure what I'l use this macropad for.
