This allows you to temporarily change the HORIZONS_SESSION_ID used by the server to authenticate with the Horizons API.
Only use this if you know what you're doing. Overriding the session ID can break the dashboard for all users until it's reset or the server is restarted.
The override is not persisted across server restarts.
