No, it was a single design as it is joined without any v-cuts or anything like that, just small holes for easy snapping

I'm asking because in documentation JLCPCB claim that they can still treat such designs as separate: "as long as it can be separated, no matter by v-cut, millings, or drill holes, it will be regarded as different designs, even if some traces are connected in between". Good to know this wasn't the case with your project.
